What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is looking for an entry-level Learning Experience Specialist to help design, deliver, and improve enterprise learning solutions. You will collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, and other learning professionals to create engaging learning experiences across retail operations, pharmacy, merchandising, and compliance.
- Contribute to the design and development of learning materials using a mix of instructional methods and technologies
- Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and recommend solutions
- Analyze learning data and feedback to measure impact and identify improvement opportunities
- Support delivery and governance of compliance and required training programs
- Maintain training content, resources, and learning systems to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Coordinate content reviews, updates, and quality assurance processes
- Support project planning and tracking to help learning initiatives complete on time
- Act as a content moderator for learning communities as needed

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in learning content, instructional design, or organizational development — OR High School/GED and at least 4 years of related experience
- At least 1 year of curriculum development and training design experience
- Familiarity with performance and process improvement methodologies
- Demonstrated time-management and project-tracking skills
- Experience preparing presentations for a range of audiences
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel up to 10% for business purposes
Preferred / Nice-to-have
- Degree in HR, organizational development, education, or related field
- Experience with web and multimedia tools and learning technologies (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Captivate, LMS platforms, mobile learning, HTML, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Project management experience
- Background in retail, healthcare, or compliance training
- Experience facilitating requirements-gathering sessions and conducting root-cause analysis
- Strong written communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills
Compensation & Other Info
- Estimated pay: $59,409 per year (estimated figure from source). Actual pay will depend on geography, experience, and other factors.
- Employment type: Full-time
- This role will remain open until filled.
