Overview
This confidential client is hiring an entry-level Learning & Development Coordinator to support LMS administration, onboarding, sales training logistics, reporting, and other learning initiatives. You will work closely with L&D leadership, HR, and Sales to keep training programs running smoothly and help leaders spend more time coaching their teams.
What You’ll Do
- Manage key aspects of the learning management system (Litmos): assign courses, track completion, and maintain accurate training records.
- Support instructional design activities: review course content, test courses before launch, and provide feedback to improve learner experience.
- Coordinate new-hire onboarding and company orientation logistics (travel, meals, materials, classroom setup).
- Maintain and share Predictive Index profiles and resources; help managers apply assessment insights.
- Partner with HR and department leaders on performance management follow-up, development plans, and training tracking.
- Prepare sales performance reports and translate data into coaching insights for leaders.
- Plan and coordinate sales meetings, workshops, and the annual Sales Kickoff (scheduling, materials, vendor logistics).
- Own inventory and distribution of sales tools and materials (apparel, product kits, printed resources).
- Identify opportunities to improve training delivery and operational processes and support implementation.
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in administration, education, HR, training, project coordination, or a related area.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets, basic reporting, and learning new systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and recurring deadlines.
- Proactive mindset with willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Able to collaborate with employees and leaders across departments.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
