About the Role
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Learning & Development Coordinator to support onboarding, learning system administration, sales training logistics, and performance reporting. You’ll work closely with the Learning & Development Manager, HR & Recruitment leadership, and Sales leadership to help scale training programs and enable managers to spend more time coaching.
This role is based in Indianapolis, IN.
What You’ll Do
- Manage key aspects of Litmos (LMS): assign training, track completion, maintain records, and troubleshoot user issues.
- Support instructional design and course quality assurance—review content, test courses, and help prepare launches.
- Coordinate new-hire orientation, onboarding schedules, travel, meals, materials, and classroom setup.
- Administer Predictive Index profiles and resources, helping managers use the tool to build effective teams.
- Prepare reports from sales performance and learning data to surface coaching opportunities and measure progress.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for sales meetings, training workshops, and the annual Sales Kickoff.
- Own inventory and distribution of sales tools and materials (apparel, product kits, printed resources).
- Partner with HR and department leaders to support performance management activities (development plans, check-ins, and follow-up).
- Identify process improvements in how learning is organized and delivered, and help implement changes.
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years’ experience in administration, HR, training, education, project coordination, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets and learning new systems (LMS experience a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and recurring deadlines.
- Proactive mindset with willingness to own tasks and improve processes.
- Comfortable collaborating with leaders and employees across departments.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
