What You’ll Do

Join Confidential Client's Leap program as a Software Engineer with an April 2027 start in Roanoke, TX. In this early-career role you’ll contribute to production software, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and learn modern engineering practices as part of a structured program.

• Contribute to design, development, testing, and deployment of software features.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to deliver user-focused solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous improvement activities.
• Learn and apply best practices in software engineering, including version control, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues with guidance from mentors.
