About the Role
Confidential Client is seeking early-career engineers for a rotational Engineering Leadership Program (Mechanical/Materials). This is a structured, high-visibility development program designed to accelerate technical and leadership growth through multiple rotations across engineering, product management, and operations. The program is ideal for recent Mechanical Engineering graduates or those with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in a 3-rotation program (each rotation ~6–12 months) across Engineering, Product Management, and Operations to build broad, cross-functional competencies.
- Own project work that contributes directly to product and process improvements at facility level.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical problems and deliver product outcomes.
- Network with program leadership, peers, alumni, and senior leaders; receive formal and informal coaching.
- Prepare for post-program placement into roles requiring technical excellence and leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (required).
- Minimum of one internship or co-op in an engineering-related role.
- Recent graduates or early-career professionals with less than 2 years of professional experience (including internships/co-ops).
- Demonstrated leadership values and professional behaviors: critical thinking, problem-solving, learning agility, and accountability.
- Passion for engineering, product development, and manufacturing operations.
- Preferred technical tools/experience: 3D CAD (e.g., CATIA), SAP, and familiarity with digital learning/training platforms.
- English proficiency — native or bilingual fluency.
- This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship (H-1B, OPT/CPT, etc.).
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $60,000.00 - $96,600.00 per year (range reflects primary location and may vary by geographic location and experience).

- Relocation assistance may be available for rotations that require relocation.
Location & Travel
- Primary work location for this posting: Eudowood, MD (hybrid schedule).
- Must be willing to rotate assignments, projects, and teams throughout the program; relocation for at least one rotation may be required.
