Confidential Client Leadership Development Program - Supply Chain
The Confidential Client Leadership Development Program is a 3-year rotational engineering program designed to develop early-career engineers through hands-on assignments in manufacturing, product, and quality engineering. Participants gain technical skills, leadership exposure, and mentorship while contributing to key business projects, preparing them for future leadership roles within the company.

What You’ll Do
This 3-year rotational Leadership Development Program (Supply Chain) accelerates early-career engineers by providing structured, on-the-job experience across manufacturing, product, and quality functions. As a participant you will:
- Complete three 12-month rotations across Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, and a third assignment in Manufacturing Quality, Customer Quality, or Materials Quality (based on interest and business needs).
- Lead and contribute to technical projects that deliver measurable business results.
- Participate in a formal learning curriculum (online courses and instructor-led sessions) to build technical and leadership skills.
- Present project work to senior leaders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Engage with assigned mentors and expand your internal network through workshops and leadership events.
- Adapt to new assignments, managers, and business priorities as you rotate.
Who We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates are early-career engineers who are eager to learn and prepared to commit to a multi-year development program:
- Bachelor’s degree (required) or Master's degree in an engineering discipline; strong academic performance.
- Graduation date: Spring 2026 or later.
- New to the job market or within the early part of an engineering career.
- Able and willing to commit to a 3-year rotational development program.
- Open to geographic mobility and potential relocation to maximize training opportunities.
- Self-starter with strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to work with employees and leaders at all levels.
- Demonstrated academic and/or professional achievement.
- Comfortable stretching outside your comfort zone and adapting to changing business needs.

Qualifications & Skills
- Engineering degree (B.S. or M.S.) with a strong GPA.
- Interest or coursework in manufacturing processes, product development, materials, or quality engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data to support technical decisions.
- Effective written and verbal communication; ability to present technical work to leaders.
- Team-oriented, curious, and committed to professional growth.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation:
- Bachelor’s level: $77,500 per year
- Master’s level: $82,500 per year
