Overview

This Leadership Development Program — Supply Chain is a structured, paid rotational program based in Billerica, MA designed for early-career supply chain, analytics, or engineering graduates who want fast-tracked development toward functional and leadership roles. The 3-year program includes sequential 12-month rotations in Supply Planning, Procurement, and Logistics, combined with formal learning, senior leader exposure, and mentoring that lead to a permanent placement at the end of the program.

What You’ll Do

• Complete three 12-month rotations across Supply Planning, Procurement, and Logistics to gain broad, practical supply chain experience.
• Lead and contribute to projects that directly support divisional and corporate objectives.
• Participate in a blended learning curriculum (online courses + hands-on training).
• Present findings and project outcomes to senior leaders and mentors.
• Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, finance, and commercial teams.
• Build relationships with assigned mentors and high-performing project teams.

Who We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree (required) or Master’s degree (preferred) in supply chain, data analytics, industrial/other engineering, or a related field.
• Graduation as of Spring 2026 or later; new-to-market or early-career supply chain professionals encouraged to apply.
• Strong academic record and evidence of achievement in academic or professional settings.
• Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and comfort working outside your comfort zone.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with employees and leaders at all levels.
• Commitment to a three-year rotational training program (program start date: June 21, 2027).

Preferred / Helpful Skills

• Coursework or internship experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, operations, or analytics.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base compensation:
  • $77,500 per year — Bachelor’s level
  • $82,500 per year — Master’s level
• Annual bonus eligible
