What You’ll Do

Confidential Client’s Supply Chain Leadership Development Program is a structured, three-year rotational program designed to accelerate early-career supply chain talent. Key responsibilities and learning opportunities include:

• Complete three 12-month rotations across Supply Planning, Procurement, and Logistics (rotations subject to business needs)
• Contribute to meaningful project work that supports business unit objectives
• Participate in instructor-led workshops, presentations, and leadership forums with senior mentors
• Complete online learning modules covering core supply chain disciplines and analytics
• Collaborate across functional teams and present findings to stakeholders
• Build professional competencies in technical and behavioral skills that support leadership growth

Who We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

Great candidates will typically have:

• Aligned availability to begin the program on June 21, 2027
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in supply chain, data analytics, engineering, or a closely related field; strong GPA; graduating Spring 2026 or later
• Early-career or new-to-market supply chain professionals
• Commitment to a 3-year rotational development program
• Demonstrated academic and/or professional achievement
• Self-starter mentality with strong initiative and adaptability
• Confidence interacting with employees and leaders at all levels
• Willingness to take on changing assignments and learn quickly

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay: $77,500 per year (Bachelor’s level); $82,500 per year (Master’s level)
• Annual bonus eligible
