The Confidential Client Leadership Development Program is a 3-year rotational engineering program designed to accelerate the growth of early-career engineers through hands-on assignments in manufacturing, product, and quality engineering. What You’ll Do
This 3-year Leadership Development Program is a rotational engineering development track designed for early-career engineers who want accelerated technical growth and leadership exposure. You will:
- Complete three 12-month rotations across Manufacturing engineering, Product engineering, and a third assignment in Manufacturing Quality, Customer Quality, or Materials Quality (based on business needs and your interests).
- Lead and contribute to project work that delivers measurable improvements to manufacturing throughput, product performance, or quality metrics.
- Participate in a structured curriculum of instructor-led workshops and online learning modules that develop both technical and professional skills.
- Present project outcomes to senior leaders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Work with assigned mentors and program leaders to plan career progression toward a permanent engineering role.
Responsibilities & Day-to-Day
- Support engineering projects from problem definition through implementation and verification.
- Analyze process or product data, recommend improvements, and execute corrective actions.
- Design experiments and use data-driven approaches to solve technical challenges.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentation materials for stakeholders.
- Rotate across sites or teams as assigned — flexibility to relocate may be required to maximize development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline required; Master’s degree is acceptable. Graduation as of Spring 2026 or later.
- New to the job market or in the early part of your engineering career.
- Strong academic performance and evidence of technical achievement.
- Self-starter attitude with demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and ability to learn quickly.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with leaders at all levels.
- Willingness to commit to a 3-year rotational program and relocate if required for rotations.
Nice-to-Have
- Internship or co-op experience in manufacturing, product development, or quality engineering.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Python) or CAD familiarity.
- Experience working on cross-functional project teams.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: $77,500 per year for bachelor’s level; $82,500 per year for master’s level.
