What You’ll Do

Confidential Client’s Leadership Development Program — Engineering is a structured, three-year rotational program designed to accelerate early-career engineers into high-impact technical and leadership roles. You will complete three 12-month assignments across Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, and a third assignment in Manufacturing Quality, Customer Quality, or Materials Quality (based on interest and business needs). Through on-the-job project work, formal learning modules, mentorship, and interactions with senior leaders, you will build technical depth, cross-functional experience, and leadership capabilities that lead to a permanent engineering placement at program completion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver measurable project outcomes across assigned rotations (Manufacturing, Product, Quality).
  • Learn and apply core engineering skills through hands-on tasks and company-led learning modules.
  • Work on cross-functional project teams and communicate findings and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Present project results to senior leaders and participate in workshops that develop professional and leadership competencies.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with mentors and collaborators across functions.
  • Adapt quickly to new assignments, managers, and business priorities while maintaining high quality and timeliness.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Aligned to start the program on June 21, 2027.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or above) in an engineering discipline with a strong GPA — graduation date Spring 2026 or later.
  • New to the job market or early in your engineering career; eager to commit to a 3-year development program.
  • Willingness to relocate as rotational assignments may require geographic mobility.
  • Strong technical aptitude, curiosity, and problem-solving capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact confidently with leaders at all levels.
  • Self-starter mindset with demonstrated initiative (academic, internship, or project achievements).
  • Desire to build a long-term engineering career and pursue future leadership opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation:
    • $77,500 per year — Bachelor’s level
    • $82,500 per year — Master’s level
  • Annual bonus eligibility

Location & Mobility

  • Primary program location: Chaska, MN.
