About the Program

Confidential Client’s Leadership Development Program — Engineering is a structured, 3-year rotational development program designed for new-to-market and early-career engineers. Participants complete three 12-month assignments across Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, and a third placement based on business needs (Manufacturing Quality, Customer Quality, or Materials Quality). The program pairs hands-on, high-impact project work with formal learning, senior-leader interaction, and mentorship to accelerate technical growth and leadership potential.


What You’ll Do

This is a full-time, paid, rotational early-career program where you will:

  • Gain on-the-job experience through three 12-month rotations across core engineering functions.
  • Lead and contribute to projects that support business unit deliverables and corporate objectives.
  • Complete online and instructor-led learning modules to build technical and leadership skills.
  • Present work and learnings to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Build relationships with mentors and peers to expand your internal network and career opportunities.
  • Be open to geographic mobility as rotations and permanent placement may require relocation.

Who We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

Great candidates for this program typically have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering (graduation Spring 2026 or later is preferred).
  • Strong academic record (GPA considered).
  • New to the job market or at the early stage of an engineering career.
  • Commitment to a 3-year rotational training program.
  • Willingness to relocate for rotational assignments and final placement.
  • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and ability to work with leaders at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Evidence of academic or professional achievement through projects, internships, or leadership activities.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation and benefits offered to program participants include:

  • Base pay: $77,500 per year (Bachelor’s level) or $82,500 per year (Master’s level).
  • Annual bonus eligibility.
