Overview
Confidential Client is recruiting candidates for a two-year, rotational Contracts Leadership Development Program (CLDP) beginning June 2027. This hybrid, full-time contractor role provides hands-on rotations across contracting functions and locations around the USA. Applicants must be U.S. citizens due to program/contract requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in a two-year rotational Leadership Development Program focused on contracts and acquisition support.
- Work in short-term assignments across areas such as Acquisition Policy, Contract Change Management, Stakeholder Relations, Deal Formation, Government & Commercial Contracting, and Negotiations.
- Complete frontline, hands-on assignments designed to develop leadership, functional contracting skills, and business acumen.
- Relocate to multiple U.S. locations during the program to gain broad exposure to the business and establish a strong cross-functional network.
- Receive mentoring, formal training, and guidance from program leaders and alumni to support career growth.

Qualifications — Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Studies, Political Science, or related discipline.
- Relevant internship, co-op or work experience (internship/co-op experience encouraged).
- Willing and able to relocate anywhere within the United States for program rotations.
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

- Experience leading or coordinating projects or teams.
- Cross‑functional internship or project work.
- Evidence of analytical or data‑driven work.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range (good‑faith estimate): $59,000 — $139,000 USD per year. Final offers consider role, experience, location, education, and skills.
- Eligible hires may receive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short/long‑term disability, 401(k) match, paid time off, parental leave, and access to development programs. Specific benefits depend on business unit and employment terms.
- Some hires may be eligible for annual short‑term or long‑term incentive programs depending on level and business performance.
