About the Role

Confidential Client is hiring for a fast-track Leadership Pathways (FLP) program in Highland Park, TX. This is a full-time, in-person Associate role in an entry-level leadership development program focused on operations, fleet management, member (customer) experience, and early leadership exposure.

Compensation highlights (as posted): $60,000 base + performance bonus + $2,000* sign-on bonus, benefits available Day One, and weekly pay.


Program Overview

This structured FLP is designed to develop high-potential early-career professionals into operations and site leaders. You’ll start as an Associate — the frontline face of the business — and gain hands-on experience across operations, logistics, and business performance. Top performers may be promoted into a rotational program (after ~1 year) with exposure to fleet operations, service optimization, P&L drivers, local market growth strategy, and team leadership fundamentals. Advancement opportunities include Functional Manager and Site Lead roles, based on performance and business needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional member experience through in-person and digital interactions
  • Support daily fleet and operational workflows
  • Analyze utilization, service metrics, and performance data
  • Assist with logistics coordination and service execution
  • Contribute to local growth initiatives
  • Participate in leadership development training and rotational assignments
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards
  • Perform hands-on operational tasks as required (vehicle movement, inspection, service coordination)

Qualifications

  • Full-time, in-person role in Highland Park, TX (local commute required)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as business needs require
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with fleet operations
  • Relocation flexibility may be required for future leadership progression opportunities
