What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Landscape Architectural Associate to support landscape architecture projects from concept through construction. You will work on public spaces, private developments, parks, campuses, and other site types, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and contributing to high-quality deliverables.
- Assist with planning, design, bidding, and construction administration for landscape projects
- Prepare conceptual sketches, technical drawings, and client presentation materials
- Support project leads with proposals, cost estimates, specifications, and reports
- Participate in client, contractor, and internal project team meetings
- Conduct site observations and support construction administration tasks
- Deliver accurate, timely work that meets project standards and client expectations
What You’ll Need
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
- 0–3 years of relevant professional experience (entry-level to early career)
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience using AutoCAD for drafting and documentation
- Knowledge of plant materials (trees, shrubs, perennials)
- Preferred: Adobe Creative Suite experience
- Interest in learning 3D design and graphics tools (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, Lumion)

- Strong work ethic, initiative, and willingness to learn
- Clear verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Enthusiasm for collaborative, multidisciplinary teamwork

- Valid driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $58,000 - $68,000 per year (salary determined by education, experience, skills, and internal/external equity)
