Overview
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Land Survey Analyst to join their onsite team in Kansas City, MO. This is a full-time, non-remote role supporting project managers on survey design and deliverables. Estimated compensation: $78,605 per year (estimated).
Responsibilities
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce subdivision maps, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, and other survey exhibits
- Translate field crew data (points), sketches, photos, and reference maps into accurate survey drawings
- Research boundary and easement title documents and perform boundary analysis
- Prepare legal descriptions and exhibits for right-of-way, easements, and acquisition parcels
- Assist project managers with survey design tasks and project documentation
- Support additional survey-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Surveying, Civil Engineering technology, or related)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and comfort working with technical documents and field data
