Overview
Confidential Client is seeking a motivated Lab Research Technician to join a research team focused on immunology and autoimmune disease models. This hands‑on, entry‑level scientific role supports experiments using rodent models and human patient samples to study T cell biology in conditions such as systemic sclerosis and type 1 diabetes.
What You’ll Do
- Perform routine laboratory assays under the direction of a Principal Investigator or Lab Manager
- Handle rodent models and prepare laboratory samples for analysis
- Collect, record and assist with analysis of experimental data
- Maintain laboratory records, prepare glassware and reagents, and manage sample storage
- Assist with genotyping, tissue culture, flow cytometry setup and data collection as needed
- Follow institutional safety procedures and maintain compliance with training requirements
- Support the team by keeping supplies organized and performing other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree required
- Work experience: Entry-level role; prior lab experience is a plus but not required
- Skills/Training: Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures, lab equipment, and data collection/classification
- Preferred (not required): Experience with rodent handling, genotyping, tissue culture, or flow cytometry
Location & Work Arrangement
- Primary location: Federal Heights, CO (work will be performed on-site at the client’s laboratory location)
- Job supports telecommute classification for application processing; note that lab‑based responsibilities require on‑site presence for most duties
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $22.76 - $30.10 per hour (Colorado pay range disclosed)
