What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Lab Research Technician to support laboratory research and daily bench operations under the supervision of a Principal Investigator or Laboratory Manager. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with basic lab experience who wants to build hands-on skills in a research environment.

• Perform routine laboratory tests and assays following established protocols and safety procedures
• Collect, accurately record, and assist with basic analysis of experimental data
• Prepare and maintain glassware, reagents, plates, and other lab supplies; ensure proper labeling and storage of samples
• Support sample extraction, plating procedures, and basic instrument operation
• Maintain organized laboratory records (notebooks, sample logs) and inventory of supplies
• Complete required institutional and safety training and follow PPE and infection-control policies
• Assist team members with experiments and other assigned duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field)
• No prior professional experience required — entry-level applicants encouraged
• Demonstrated basic knowledge of laboratory procedures, common equipment, and data collection/classification

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay range: $22.76 - $30.10 (per source)

Location & Work Arrangement
