What You’ll Do

The Knowledge Management (KM) Analyst maintains the integrity and usability of knowledge assets that support Customer Operations. Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll act as a subject matter expert on the KM application and provide day-to-day production support, content design, and governance.

  • Serve as KM application SME and provide production support to end users across business units
  • Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with IT and supplier technical teams for resolution
  • Drive design and development of knowledge content and the end-user experience
  • Analyze business processes and create clear, high-quality end-user documentation
  • Create and maintain knowledge governance to establish and enforce a single source of truth
  • Use end-user feedback and system analytics to continuously improve content delivery
  • Participate on projects, identify change impacts, and develop communications to support deployments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Experience in customer operations support, content creation, communications, training support, or change management
  • Entry-level through senior candidates will be considered; final level (I / II / Sr.) will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and skills

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong critical thinking and editing skills
  • Excellent written communication; able to translate complex concepts into clear user-facing content
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to assess risks and impacts of process changes
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting time-sensitive deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; professional handling of confidential information

Preferred Certifications

  • Knowledge Management certifications (ATD, CKM, APQC)
  • Change Management or Technical Writing certifications (preferred, not required)

Schedule, Location & Compensation

  • Scheduled work hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; occasional after-hours required
  • Location: Wichita, KS (on-site at client facilities as required)
  • Compensation ranges by level (provided by our client):
    • Knowledge Management Analyst I: $54,400 - $68,000 per year
    • Knowledge Management Analyst II: $66,600 - $83,200 per year
    • Sr. Knowledge Management Analyst: $75,300 - $100,400 per year

Working Conditions & Travel

  • Primarily office-based work with some travel required
  • May be asked to support after-hours activities during incidents or deployments
