  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers and Telecom SMEs while ensuring accurate ticketing and documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining disaster recovery (DR) plans, runbooks, and participate in DR testing and exercises.
  • Verify backups, perform integrity checks, and execute restoration tests to ensure recoverability.
  • Monitor system performance and help identify issues affecting voice and video service quality.
  • Maintain and update runbooks, SOPs, configuration records, and operational procedures.
  • Provide on-site support for physical endpoints and infrastructure as required and participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 operations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven ability to perform Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting and incident triage.
  • Experience with user provisioning, endpoint configuration, and routine system administration tasks.
  • Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) for incident and request tracking.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, including QoS and voice/video traffic dependencies.
  • Experience supporting backup, recovery, and DR testing activities, and maintaining operational documentation.
