What You’ll Do

• Contribute to full‑stack development tasks across front-end and back-end components using Java, Python, or similar languages.
• Implement and consume RESTful APIs and work with relational databases (SQL).
• Use Git for version control, participate in code reviews, and follow CI/CD basics.
• Debug, test, and iterate on features based on product requirements and mentor feedback.
• Write clear, maintainable code and support documentation for your work.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to improve code quality and delivery processes.

Who We’re Looking For

• Entry-level candidates or recent grads in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics or related fields.
• Candidates with foundational experience or coursework in Java and/or Python, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and SQL.
• People willing to learn modern full-stack patterns, cloud basics, APIs, and developer workflows.
• Applicants who are coachable, eager to build hands-on projects and improve interview readiness.
• Candidates returning from layoffs, career changers, or those with limited real-world experience but strong technical potential.

Preferred Qualifications

• Coursework or small projects demonstrating full-stack development (front-end + back-end).
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic debugging/testing practices.
• Exposure to any of: Spring Boot, Django/Flask, React/Vue, or similar frameworks.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and ability to receive feedback.
• Willingness to strengthen your resume with guided projects and interview preparation.

Compensation & Location

• Salary range: $86,000 — $136,000 per year (listed by our client).
• Employment type: Full time.
• Location: Idaho City, ID (on-site or local to the area unless otherwise arranged).
