What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to the design, development, testing, and delivery of software features as a member of an engineering team.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and unit tests; participate in code reviews and follow established development processes.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack and help deliver reliable, production-ready solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other engineers to deliver value to customers.
  • Learn new technologies and tools quickly and apply them to solve real problems while following best practices.
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and other agile ceremonies.

Who You Are

  • Early-career software engineer or developer with relevant coursework, internship experience, bootcamp, or 0–2 years professional experience.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, curiosity, and eagerness to learn and grow in a team environment.
  • Comfortable with software development fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, debugging) and version control workflows.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; able to explain technical issues clearly to teammates.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time effectively while receiving mentorship.

Nice to Have

  • Prior internship or project experience building user-facing or backend systems.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or personal coding projects demonstrating practical coding experience.
  • Familiarity with testing practices, CI/CD concepts, and collaborating in a code-review driven environment.
