What You’ll Do

You will join a small US engineering team building full‑stack software and AI-powered features used across a global business. Working closely with engineering leadership, DevOps, and business stakeholders, you'll own components end-to-end and ship production-quality systems.

  • Design and build features across modern React frontends and Python backends (Django / FastAPI).
  • Own components and small services from specification through deployment and operation.
  • Contribute to AI-powered features: prompt engineering, agent workflows, RAG pipelines, and LLM integrations.
  • Participate in architecture and design discussions and influence technical direction.
  • Write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
  • Help improve developer practices: CI/CD, testing, documentation, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Required

  • 0–3 years professional full‑stack software engineering experience.
  • Strong proficiency with React (or a comparable modern frontend framework) and Python (Django, FastAPI, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, relational databases, and modern web application architecture.
  • Familiarity with containerized deployments (Docker).
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions or equivalent).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable working across time zones and with non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Curiosity about AI/ML and a genuine interest in building AI‑powered products.

Strongly preferred

  • Experience integrating with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) in production.
  • Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) and RAG architectures.
  • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) or modern data infrastructure (Databricks, Snowflake, Airbyte).
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Temporal).

Nice to have

  • Experience on small engineering teams with high individual ownership.
  • Exposure to enterprise SaaS or compliance‑sensitive industries.
  • Background in AEC, construction tech, or industrial software.

Additional Information

  • Employment type: Full‑Time.
  • Onsite expectations: 4 days/week in office with 1 hybrid/remote day.
  • Location: New York, NY (role supports in‑office collaboration).
  • Salary range: $110,000–$140,000 per year.
  • All candidate information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
  • The role is for a confidential client; company details will be shared later in the process.
