What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is looking for motivated, early-career Software Engineers to join a consulting team delivering scalable software solutions for enterprise clients. This is an excellent role for recent graduates or developers with 1–4 years of experience who want hands-on engineering experience in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain reliable and scalable software applications
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices
- Collaborate with engineers, QA, business analysts, and cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC
- Develop and integrate APIs, backend services, and software components
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to raising code quality and standards
- Work with relational databases and write SQL to support application functionality
- Use Git (or similar) for source control and follow CI/CD practices for deployments
- Assist in deploying and maintaining applications across development, test, and production environments
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies, participate in sprint planning and team ceremonies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
- 1–4 years of professional software development experience (entry-level candidates with strong academic/projects are encouraged)
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages: Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, Kotlin, or similar
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and core software fundamentals
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and client-server architecture
- Knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to different client environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, academic, or personal project experience in software development
- Experience or familiarity with frameworks such as Spring Boot, .NET, React, Angular, Django, or Flask
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Basic understanding of DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix-based systems
- Experience with APIs, microservices, or distributed systems is a plus
- Prior consulting or client-facing project experience is helpful
Compensation & Benefits
- Employment type: Full-time (W-2)
- Pay range: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Work Location & Travel
- Primary hiring location: Nevada (NV), United States
- Candidates must be open to relocate for a paid training program in Atlanta, GA, and may be required to travel or relocate for client engagements across the U.S.
- This position is for applicants who can work in the United States and who can relocate as required for training and client work.
