What You'll Do

• Develop, test, and maintain enterprise .NET applications using C# and Azure services under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Build, optimize, and maintain SQL Server components (T-SQL, stored procedures, views, functions).
• Use AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices to prototype and accelerate delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and produce working prototypes.
• Participate in SDLC activities including sprint planning, code reviews, and release/support processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement reliable fixes.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ years of professional experience with .NET development (C#).
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server development (T-SQL, stored procedures, views).
• Familiarity with object-oriented design principles, software architecture, and common design patterns.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment (Miami, FL).

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate).
• Experience with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of REST APIs and web services.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Domain experience in financial services, real estate, or title insurance is a plus.
