What You’ll Do

This early-career engineering role supports enterprise application development and maintenance under senior engineering guidance. You will contribute to design, build, test, and support tasks while learning business processes and engineering standards.

  • Develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain applications using C# and .NET under the guidance of senior engineers
  • Implement and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, views, and functions
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to prototype, generate, and review code; validate outputs and apply best practices
  • Collaborate with technical peers and business stakeholders to convert requirements into working software
  • Contribute to secure, reliable, and scalable enterprise applications
  • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, documentation, and change management processes
  • Learn existing systems, business workflows, and engineering standards; apply feedback and iterate

What We’re Looking For (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
  • Practical development experience and strong fundamentals in object-oriented programming
  • Experience or familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflows
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication; ability to explain work and ask clarifying questions
  • Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and business domain concepts
  • Ability to work onsite in Miami, FL five days per week

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the Microsoft development stack: C#/.NET and Azure services
  • Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, views, indexing)
  • Understanding of REST APIs and web service integration
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum development processes

Compensation & Location

  • Salary range: $90,000–$110,000 per year (salary range provided by the client)
  • Work location: Onsite — Miami, FL (five days per week)
  • Employment type: Full-time
