What you’ll do
- Work on real, employer‑focused projects (APIs, microservices, data pipelines) to build demonstrable evidence for your resume and interviews.
- Implement backend features using core Java and Spring Boot, and contribute to full‑stack tasks that may include React.
- Write SQL to extract, analyze, and report on data; support basic data‑wrangling and dashboarding as needed.
- Learn and apply foundational DevOps practices and cloud basics relevant to modern production systems.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical interviews with mentor feedback.
- Receive ATS‑aware resume edits, interview scheduling support, and guided career coaching until hire (plus post‑placement support).
Who we’re looking for (minimum qualifications)
- Recent graduates (BS/MS) in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or equivalent bootcamp experience.
- Fundamentals of programming (Java or Python preferred) and familiarity with basic data structures & algorithms.
- Basic SQL knowledge and comfort exploring datasets.
- Strong desire to learn modern stacks (microservices, cloud, CI/CD) and apply that learning to projects.
- Clear communication skills and willingness to receive feedback.
