What You’ll Do

• Assist in gathering and refining product requirements and user stories.
• Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of full‑stack software applications (UI, APIs, data) while leveraging AI tools and integrations.
• Participate in peer code reviews, solution design reviews, and configuration reviews.
• Help investigate and resolve production incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, QA, operations) to identify practical, scalable solutions.
• Contribute to integrating AI capabilities into applications (e.g., generative AI APIs, ML model inference).
• Learn and adopt secure coding practices and automated testing as part of the development lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Internship or academic project experience in software development or AI/ML.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Basic understanding of software design principles, coding best practices, and database concepts.
• Familiarity with secure coding fundamentals and automated testing approaches.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and deliver quality software (shown via projects, internships, or coursework).

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Agile practices, DevSecOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with tools like GitHub Copilot, Azure DevOps, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and tooling, including prompt engineering, LLM APIs (e.g., Azure OpenAI), or ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• Knowledge of responsive UI/UX development and modern frontend frameworks.
• Understanding of microservice vs. monolithic architectures, containerization, and both relational and NoSQL databases.

Work Model & Location

• This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office in Bridgewater, NJ.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation & Benefits

• The expected salary range for this position is $64,100 - $83,000 per year.
• This role may also be eligible for annual short‑term incentive compensation and stock‑based long‑term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to applicable plan terms.
• Additional benefits will be provided by the Confidential Client and vary by role/location.
