What You’ll Do
- Contribute to the design, development, and testing of production software under supervision.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Help triage and resolve bugs; support QA and testing efforts.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established development workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, and design) to deliver features.
- Learn new technologies and improve engineering skills through hands-on work and feedback.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience — or relevant coding bootcamp experience.
- 0–2 years of professional software development experience (internships and school projects count).
- Familiarity with core programming concepts and the software development lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a small team environment.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to take on new challenges.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Basic experience with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.
- Exposure to unit testing and debugging tools.
- Comfortable with either front-end (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) or back-end fundamentals — language specifics are flexible.
- Familiarity with agile/scrum practices.
