What You’ll Do

  • Join a full-time, entry-level software engineering team working on hands-on development tasks across web and data projects.
  • Write, test, and maintain clear, well-documented code in Java and/or Python and contribute to front-end and back-end features on full‑stack projects.
  • Collaborate with engineers, QA and product teams to deliver small-to-medium scope features and bug fixes.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration workflows.
  • Assist with data handling tasks (basic ETL, SQL queries, validation) and support data-analysis or machine-learning proof-of-concept work when needed.
  • Learn on the job through mentorship, technical training, and structured onboarding to grow toward mid-level responsibilities.

Compensation

  • Estimated salary: $142,690 per year (estimated). Actual offer may vary based on experience and location.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience, OR demonstrable coding experience (projects, bootcamp, internships).
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language used on the team (Java or Python).
  • Understanding of basic CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and common design patterns.
  • Experience with version control (Git) and basic comfort using the command line.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn from mentors and peers.
  • Right to work in the United States.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

  • Experience or coursework with web frameworks (Spring, Flask, Django, Express) or front-end libraries (React, Angular, Vue).
  • Exposure to SQL and relational databases; familiarity with basic ETL concepts.
  • Any internship, bootcamp or project work in full‑stack development, data engineering, or machine learning.
  • Familiarity with unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, containers (Docker), and cloud basics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in small teams and accept technical feedback.
