Key Responsibilities

  • Produce monthly program status reports that consolidate financial, acquisition, schedule, and performance data.
  • Support quarterly risk register updates and related reporting cadences.
  • Maintain the issue log and escalation report; update continuously and submit with each monthly status report.
  • Pull, reconcile, and validate data across multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Ensure report outputs and deliverables meet Section 508 conformance where required.
  • Support formatting and production of executive briefing materials and other program deliverables under fixed deadlines.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of total professional experience; 1–3 years of directly relevant experience (strong internship experience considered).
  • Basic data analysis and reconciliation skills across multiple data sources.
  • Strong Excel skills (data manipulation, reconciliation) and solid PowerPoint experience for executive briefs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet fixed reporting deadlines.
  • Professional communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to a federal contracting environment.
  • Experience producing Section 508-conformant documents.
  • Prior experience supporting executive-level briefings and program reporting processes.

Compensation & Work Type

  • Employment type: Contractor or Full-time (per contractual needs).
  • Projected compensation range: $50,000 to $85,000 annually (range provided by our client; final pay is based on factors such as location, contractual requirements, experience, and qualifications).
