Junior Program Analyst / Reporting with Security Clearance

What You’ll Do
This role supports recurring, statutory-cadence program reporting for a large federal advisory program on behalf of a confidential client in the Accounting & Finance industry. Typical responsibilities include:
- Produce monthly program status reports and package deliverables for leadership
- Support quarterly risk register updates and track mitigation actions
- Maintain the issue log and escalation report; keep documents current and submitted with each monthly status report
- Pull, reconcile, and validate data across financial, acquisition, schedule, and performance sources
- Ensure outputs meet Section 508 conformance for accessibility where required
- Assist with formatting and production of executive briefing materials and other program deliverables
- Meet fixed reporting deadlines and adapt to priority changes in a fast-paced federal program environment
Who You Are / Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of total professional experience
- 1–3 years of directly relevant experience (strong internship experience may qualify)
- Basic data analysis and reconciliation skills across multiple data sources
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to meet strict reporting deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to prepare materials for executive-level audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to federal contracting or support to federal advisory programs
- Experience producing Section 508–conformant documents and accessible deliverables
Compensation & Additional Details
- Projected salary range: $50,000 — $85,000 per year (range provided by the confidential client and may vary based on location, experience, and other factors)
- Employment type: Full-time
- This role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance. Employment is contingent upon successful clearance adjudication.
