What You’ll Do
This Junior Marketing Manager role is an entry-level leadership development position based in Saint Petersburg, FL. You will work closely with the client account teams and support campaign delivery while beginning to develop people-management and strategic skills.
- Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, events and local outreach)
- Work directly with clients to increase brand awareness and support customer acquisition efforts
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance; track key metrics and produce regular reports
- Support, coach and mentor entry-level team members on campaign tasks and best practices
- Contribute to process improvements and build foundational leadership and business management skills
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated early-career marketer with strong communication skills and leadership potential. Formal education is helpful but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (preferred but not required)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Client-facing experience or aptitude for client relationships
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in growing into a senior/managerial role
