Position Overview
Confidential Client is seeking a motivated Junior Marketing Coordinator to join a growing marketing team. This entry-level role is ideal for a creative, organized candidate who wants hands-on experience supporting marketing campaigns, content creation, social media, and event coordination in a fast-paced PR/advertising/marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate social media content calendars, post scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Support creation and distribution of marketing assets (brochures, newsletters, presentations).
- Conduct basic market research and monitor competitor activity to identify trends.
- Help plan, promote, and support company events and trade shows.
- Track and report on campaign results and help optimize ongoing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with marketing software (CMS, email platforms, basic analytics) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a team and taking direction from senior marketers.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: USD 17.50 – USD 27.45 per hour (range provided by Confidential Client).
