Role summary

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Junior Marketing Coordinator to support campaign execution, community events, and client-facing promotional activities in Manhattan, NY. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to candidates who are organized, communicative, and eager to grow in PR/marketing coordination.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with planning and coordinating promotional campaigns and client engagement initiatives
• Support organization and execution of community events and in-person promotional activities
• Coordinate project schedules, timelines, and task assignments across small teams
• Prepare, organize, and maintain promotional materials and presentation resources
• Track basic campaign metrics and provide routine status updates to managers
• Help maintain asset libraries, vendor contacts, and event checklists

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working in person for community or client events in Manhattan
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn on the job
