What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Junior Marketing Associate. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn marketing fundamentals, support campaign and event execution, and build strong client relationships. Training is provided across leadership, marketing, customer service, and management.
- Strengthen relationships with clients and external partners
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and in-person events
- Track, analyze, and report campaign and event performance
- Create marketing content and collateral that empowers the sales team
- Support new customer acquisition through face-to-face outreach and customer relations
- Participate in training programs focused on leadership and professional development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service or retail experience is a plus
- Previous sales or marketing internship experience is a plus
- Motivated, team-oriented mindset with a drive to learn and grow
