What You’ll Do
This is an entry-level, full-time Junior Marketing Associate role supporting a Confidential Client in the PR, Advertising & Marketing industry in Phoenix, AZ. You will receive hands-on training and work closely with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute campaigns that drive awareness and customer acquisition.
- Strengthen client relationships and support company partnerships
- Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns and local events
- Track, analyze, and report campaign and event performance metrics
- Create and adapt marketing content that empowers the sales team
- Support face-to-face customer outreach and lead generation activities
- Help maintain campaign schedules and coordinate with internal stakeholders
Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED required
- Customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented, motivated, and eager to learn
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred
- Comfortable with client-facing interactions and basic data tracking/reporting
