What You’ll Do
This Junior Marketing Associate (Mundelein, IL) role is an entry-level position supporting day-to-day marketing, client relations, and campaign work for our Confidential Client, a marketing agency. Training will be provided across marketing, client service, and leadership fundamentals.
- Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns and local events
- Help track, analyze, and report campaign and event performance
- Create and deliver marketing content that empowers sales efforts
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients and company partners
- Assist with face-to-face customer acquisition and outreach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to meet campaign goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service or retail experience is a plus
- Previous sales experience helpful but not required
- Motivated, team-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail
Compensation
- Estimated pay: $34,426 per year (estimated)
