Role Overview

This is an entry-level Junior Marketing Associate role supporting a Confidential Client in the PR, Advertising & Marketing industry. The role is designed for candidates who are eager to learn — no prior marketing experience is required. You will receive hands-on training across leadership, marketing, customer service, and management functions and support campaign execution, client engagement, and sales enablement activities.

What You’ll Do

• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events
• Track, analyze, and report campaign and event performance
• Strengthen relationships with clients and business partners
• Create and deliver marketing content to support the sales team
• Engage directly with potential customers to generate new acquisitions through face-to-face interactions
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve programs and processes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
