What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level marketing role based in Charlotte, NC. The Confidential Client will provide training across leadership, marketing, customer service, and management. You’ll join a team-focused environment and support marketing and sales efforts through campaign execution, event support, and direct customer engagement.

• Strengthen relationships with clients and company partners
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events (online and in-person)
• Track, analyze, and report campaign and event performance metrics
• Create and deliver marketing content to empower the sales team
• Drive new customer acquisition through face-to-face relationship-building and outreach

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service or retail experience is a plus (but not required)
• Previous sales or face-to-face customer acquisition experience is a plus
• Motivated, team-oriented mindset with a drive to learn and advance
