What You’ll Do
This is an entry-level, full‑time Junior Marketing Associate role supporting Confidential Client in the PR, Advertising & Marketing space. Training is provided — we’re looking for motivated candidates with strong communication skills and a learner’s mindset.
- Strengthen relationships with clients and company partners
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and in-person events
- Track, analyze, and report campaign and event performance metrics
- Create marketing content and campaign collateral to empower the sales team
- Drive new customer acquisition through face-to-face customer relations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required
- Previous sales experience helpful but not required
- Motivated, team-oriented, and willing to learn
