What You’ll Do

This entry-level position supports confidential client engineering and data teams working across Java applications and data analysis projects. Typical responsibilities include:

• Assist in developing and maintaining Java applications using Spring Boot.
• Support data analysis tasks — ingesting, cleaning and preparing datasets for reporting or modeling.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and analysts to implement features and bug fixes.
• Write unit tests and help maintain CI/CD pipelines under guidance.
• Document code, data pipelines, and analysis results for cross-team knowledge sharing.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and learning sessions.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome recent graduates, career-switchers, and candidates with limited professional experience who want to grow into Java and data roles. Key qualifications:

• Basic experience or coursework in Java; familiarity with Spring or Spring Boot is a plus.
• Interest or exposure to data analysis (CSV/Excel, basic data cleaning, visualization).
• Familiarity with Python or SQL is helpful but not required — willingness to learn required tools.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn from mentors.
• Good communication skills and ability to work on small teams.
• Availability for full-time employment.

Preferred (not required):

• Coursework or projects involving Java web apps, data analysis, or simple machine learning concepts.
• Any internship, personal project, or bootcamp experience related to Java, full-stack, or data work.
