Role overview

This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates interested in software development (Java / Spring Boot / microservices) or junior data analytics roles. What You’ll Do

• Work on real projects that build practical skills in Java, Spring Boot and microservices or in data analytics tasks using Python and analytics tools
• Contribute to development, testing, and deployment of microservices-based applications
• Support data collection, cleaning, analysis and basic reporting for product or business teams (for analytics track)
• Collaborate with engineers, mentors and placement teams to prepare for client interviews and technical certifications
• Participate in mock interviews, code reviews and technical workshops to sharpen delivery and communication skills

What We’re Looking For

Required / strong candidates include recent grads and entry-level jobseekers with some of the following:

• Degree (or coursework) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
• Familiarity with Java (core/advanced), Spring Boot and microservices concepts OR Python and basic data analysis techniques
• Basic understanding of cloud concepts (AWS, Azure) and algorithms & data structures (DSA)
• Willingness to learn, practice interviews, and complete hands-on projects
• Good communication skills and ability to work in teams

Nice to have / optional:

• Any experience or coursework with databases, REST APIs, unit testing, or basic machine learning/analytics
• Interest in pursuing certifications (Oracle, AWS, Azure) — program support may be available

Compensation & Location

• Location: New York, NY (on-site / client placements in the NYC area as applicable)
• Employment type: Full time
• Posted salary range: $79,000 - $136,000 per year (salary range provided by the confidential client; actual offer depends on track and experience)
