Junior Graphic Designer - Onsite (1–3 years of graphic design experience)
The Junior Graphic Designer supports the Creative Services team by producing high-quality visual materials for marketing, sales, training, and internal communications within a Confidential Client. This role involves executing design projects from concept to final production while ensuring brand compliance, quality standards, and timely delivery in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities
The Confidential Client’s Creative Services team is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support production and design needs for marketing, sales, training, events, physician education, and internal communications. Responsibilities include:
- Support high-volume production work: update existing assets, prepare files for deployment, and verify quality before release
- Create and revise marketing collateral, sell sheets, brochures, ads, presentations, digital graphics, event materials, and training assets
- Prepare design concepts, layouts, mockups, and final production files per vendor/publication specs
- Resize and format assets for multiple channels and ensure files meet print and digital requirements
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales Training, Physician Education, Conventions, vendors, and printers to meet production timelines
- Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines and any applicable review/compliance requirements
- Maintain organized project files and support digital asset management and archiving
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while incorporating feedback from stakeholders and creative leadership
- Stay current on design best practices, production methods, accessibility considerations, and relevant tools
Qualifications
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of graphic design experience (internship experience and portfolio samples accepted)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required; familiarity with Figma a plus
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills and ability to produce branded presentation materials; familiarity with Word/Microsoft 365 apps
- Strong layout, typography, visual design, and production skills with attention to detail
- Ability to take direction, ask clarifying questions, and implement stakeholder feedback
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with print production, digital advertising, or regulated healthcare/medical device environments is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience or familiarity with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Acrobat, or digital asset management tools
- Basic understanding of print specifications and vendor file preparation for publication ads
- Experience using JIRA, Optimizely, or another project intake/workflow system
- Interest in developing within an internal creative agency model
Compensation & Logistics
- Employment type: Contract (W2) — part of a contract assignment supporting the Confidential Client
- Duration: 12 months
- Schedule: Onsite, full-time; typical hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 40 hours/week
- Pay rate: $30 – $34 per hour (range provided by client; exact rate determined at time of offer)
- Work location: Tempe, AZ (onsite)
- Eligibility: Candidates must be authorized to work in the US (US citizens, permanent residents, or holders of valid EAD/OPT/CPT where applicable)
