What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using frontend and backend technologies.
• Build user-friendly interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Implement server-side logic using at least one backend language and integrate with database technologies.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, design) to understand requirements and deliver features.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to improve performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices (version control, CI/CD).
• Assist with application deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For (Required Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Basic understanding of both frontend and backend software development.
• Knowledge of at least one backend programming language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, C#) and a relational or NoSQL database.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and familiarity with one or more modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub or similar version-control systems.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work collaboratively on a team.
• Entry-level / junior experience level — demonstrated coursework, internships, projects, or equivalent professional experience.

• Hands-on experience with React and state management libraries.
• Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs or GraphQL.
• Experience writing unit tests and using testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment basics.
• Exposure to performance optimization and accessibility best practices.
