Role Overview
Confidential Client is hiring a Junior Enterprise Watch Officer to support IT operations and mission systems monitoring in Wellston, MO. This entry-level to early-career operations role supports centralized situational awareness, incident coordination, and executive-level briefings for enterprise IT services supporting federal missions.

Responsibilities
- Manage Critical Priority 1 incidents to timely resolution and coordinate escalations.
- Monitor operational activities across ESC cells (e.g., PSOC, CSOC) to maintain enterprise-wide situational awareness.
- Collect, disseminate, and report mission system and site status to leadership and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver Daily Operations briefs and provide status briefings to senior leadership.
- Collect, coordinate, and brief upcoming areas of operations (AOs) for the next day.
- Recommend mitigation strategies to minimize downtime and mission impact; track restoration actions and timelines.
- Assist in assessing event impact on mission capability and prioritize restoration activities.
- Coordinate with impacted mission partners during unscheduled outages to communicate status, remediation, and projected restoral times.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of the enterprise watch function.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must meet one of the following education/experience combinations:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years relevant experience, or
- Associate’s degree and 4+ years relevant experience, or
- 6+ years relevant experience.
Additional minimum requirements:
- Operational experience with ServiceNow.
- Experience working within or supporting the Intelligence Community (IC).
- TS/SCI clearance (active) OR ability to satisfy TS/SCI requirements.
- Successful completion of background and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree.
- Active CompTIA Security+ certification.
- Active CI polygraph (preferred) or ability to obtain.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to obtain CI Poly clearance if required.
- Willingness and ability to work Panama Day or Night shift hours; role may float across shifts.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication; experience briefing senior leadership.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced contracting environment.
- Professional customer-service skills; capable of providing technical assistance via phone.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think abstractly.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common collaboration tools.
Compensation & Benefits

Schedule & Work Location
- Primary work location: Wellston, MO (serving NGA/related mission partners in the St. Louis area).

- This role supports on-site mission operations; telework is not the primary work arrangement.
