Overview
Confidential Client is hiring a Junior Designer of Brand Creative to join a growing brand team in Glendale, CO. This entry-level role supports the end-to-end creation and adaptation of branded assets across social, email, digital, print, menus, merchandise, and in-restaurant collateral. The position offers hands-on mentorship, opportunities to develop motion and photo skills, and a competitive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the visual expression and voice of the brand across social, digital advertising, email, menus, print, restaurant environments, merchandise, web, and other channels.
- Apply established Brand Standards while learning brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling.
- Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute ideas for campaigns, menu launches, and openings.
- Design and develop creative assets for email, social, digital media, web, restaurant collateral and print.
- Adapt, resize, and version approved creative across channels while protecting design integrity.
- Support menu design, layout, proofing, and production.
- Create and maintain templates to speed recurring creative work (ads, presentations, brochures, posters, restaurant materials).
- Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with internal partners and external vendors.
- Support photography and video projects (pre-production, shoot support, asset organization, image selection, basic post-production).
- Perform basic photo editing and retouching; continue upskilling in motion and video as opportunities arise.
- Manage assigned projects from brief through production, meeting timelines and communicating status.
- Maintain organized project files and digital asset libraries; proof creative for accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Social, Digital, Operations, People & Culture, and vendors.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability of recurring creative work.
- Other duties as assigned to meet business priorities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong eye for typography, layout, composition, color, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to execute within an established creative direction and contribute thoughtful ideas.
- Curiosity about design rationale and openness to feedback.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering polished, accurate work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet timelines in a fast-paced setting.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable asking thoughtful questions.
- Effective collaborator with strong cross-functional relationship skills.
- Eagerness to learn new tools, media, and ways of working; entrepreneurial, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills and good judgment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat; experience with After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, basic web design trends, or videography is a plus.
- Relevant internships, freelance work, or portfolio experience accepted; 1+ years professional design experience preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Schedule, Location & Physical Requirements
- Home base: Glendale, CO (Confidential Client support center) — in-office 3 days per week required.
- Typical weekly hours: 45–55 hours.
- Minimal travel required.

Compensation & Benefits
- Denver/Colorado area base salary range: $50,000–$65,000 per year.
