What You’ll Do

As a junior-level hire you will contribute to real product work while learning core production practices. Typical responsibilities include:

• Build and document data pipelines and ETL patterns using SQL and Python
• Work with Spark and Databricks / Snowflake for batch and streaming data tasks
• Tune SQL performance and implement transformations within cloud ETL environments
• Support or contribute to Java full-stack features when assigned (backend APIs, basic frontend integration)
• Produce clear architecture diagrams and project notes that make your work scannable in interviews
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to test, troubleshoot, and deploy changes

Qualifications

We welcome recent graduates and career-switchers who can demonstrate aptitude and a growth mindset. Required or strongly preferred skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience
• Hands-on familiarity with SQL and Python
• Exposure to Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, or other modern data platforms is a plus
• Basic understanding of Java and web application concepts (for full‑stack roles)
• Good communication skills and ability to explain a data pipeline or project end-to-end
• Eagerness to learn, follow engineering best practices, and collaborate in a team environment

• Salary range (posted): $78,000 - $136,000 per year (paid by Confidential Client). This range is provided in compliance with applicable pay-transparency rules.
