What You’ll Do

This role is focused on building real, demonstrable skills that lead to interviewer-ready projects and on-the-job performance.

• Learn and apply SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Clean and prepare real-world datasets for analysis
• Build visualizations and dashboards to answer business questions (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar)
• Use basic statistical reasoning to support findings and recommendations
• Deliver a project that demonstrates: the dataset, the business question, the analysis, and actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate domain knowledge into analytical solutions
• Support data-engineering tasks as needed (ETL basics, data validation)

Who You Are

Ideal for career switchers and recent graduates who bring domain sense, curiosity, and the desire to learn practical data skills.

• Recent graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related fields — or professionals moving into analytics
• Comfortable with basic math/statistics; Python experience is helpful but not required
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to explain analysis to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-starter who can complete project work and communicate results clearly
• Open to hands-on training and a placement-focused program

Required & Preferred Skills

• Required or demonstrable interest in:
  • SQL (querying and basic optimization)
  • Data cleaning and transformation
  • Data visualization and dashboarding
  • Basic statistical concepts (A/B logic, distributions, descriptive stats)
• Preferred:
  • Experience with Python or R (helpful, not mandatory)
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to data quality
• Soft skills:
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Ability to translate domain knowledge into measurable outcomes
