What You’ll Do

• Build and document ETL pipelines and data transformations using SQL and Python.
• Create interactive business intelligence dashboards with Power BI (and optionally Tableau).
• Support data ingestion, storage, and basic data engineering tasks in environments like Databricks and Snowflake.
• Implement simple predictive analytics or ML prototypes (churn, fraud detection, recommendations) and explain results to non-technical stakeholders.
• Prepare clear, shareable artifacts (notebooks, dashboards, pipeline diagrams) that demonstrate your skills during interviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and follow best practices for reproducible analysis and version control.

Required (Minimum) Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or related field — recent graduates welcome.
• Practical familiarity with Python and SQL (coursework, projects, or internships acceptable).
• Basic experience creating dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn data engineering concepts (ETL, data modeling) and cloud data tools.
• Motivated to build an interview-ready portfolio (projects you can demo).

Preferred / Nice-to-have

• Exposure to Databricks, Snowflake, or other modern data platforms.
• Familiarity with basic machine learning concepts and evaluation metrics.

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary range (as posted): $78,000 - $136,000 per year.
• Employment type: Full time.
• Typical schedule: Standard office/business hours; specific schedule and remote/hybrid options determined by the Confidential Client.
