Role Summary & What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level, full-time remote opportunity for a Junior Data Analyst with hands-on exposure to Databricks, AI/ML workflows, and modern data tooling. You will join projects that emphasize practical skill-building, live skilling, and project delivery to help you move from classroom knowledge to real-world impact.

• Support data collection, cleaning, and transformation using SQL and Python
• Work with Databricks (Spark) notebooks and pipelines to process and analyze data
• Help prototype basic ML workflows and support evaluation of models developed by the team
• Build visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to documentation, testing, and reproducible data pipelines
• Participate in live-skilling sessions and hands-on projects designed to strengthen your portfolio

Who We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

We welcome recent graduates and early-career candidates who are motivated to learn practical data and AI skills. Ideal candidates include:

• Recent grads in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, or related fields
• Candidates making a career transition into data, BI, or ML roles
• Individuals with limited professional experience who can demonstrate project work, coursework, or self-driven learning
• Candidates with gaps in employment or those affected by layoffs who want to reskill
• Applicants authorized to work in the U.S. or otherwise eligible as noted below

Technical & Professional Skills

• Familiarity with SQL and working with relational data
• Basic Python experience (data manipulation with pandas, simple scripting)
• Interest in Databricks / Apache Spark and cloud-based data tools
• Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn AI/ML concepts
• Good communication skills; ability to present analytic findings clearly
• Willingness to participate in training, projects, and interview preparation

Preferred (not required for entry-level applicants):

• Exposure to data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib/seaborn)
• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, evaluation metrics, and model lifecycle
